Q-FIT
Our schedule of activities is based on health programmes devised by LES MILLS INTERNATIONAL, a centre with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. This organisation has been specialising since 1987 in the development of an innovative programme of exercise routines.

With their unique vision of supervised activities, they created BTS (Body Training Systems), with seven internationally successful programmes used in over 8,000 clubs worldwide: BODY PUMP, BODY COMBAT, RPM, BODY BALANCE, BODY JAM, BODY ATTACK, BODY STEP.

Aqua-Gym

This is an aquatic activity to condition your whole body, working on endurance, strength and flexibility.

Body Balance

This is a revolution in mind and body training. It combines the principles of Yoga, Tai Chi, and the Feldenkrais Method.

Body Combat

This training is designed to raise the level of your physical fitness. It combines moves from various self-defence disciplines.

Body Jam

Belly Dancing

A session in this popular Arabic dance.

A session in which stretching our muscles allows us to achieve a range of movement.

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)

An activity aimed at toning the leg, buttock and abdomen muscles, reducing fat in these areas.

Mat Pilates

The objective is to relieve stress and to improve strength, flexibility, posture and the ability to concentrate.

Sevillanas

Sessions aimed at improving your skills at dancing Sevillanas, taking place in an enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere.

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)

This system is a combination of muscular and aerobic training.

Toning

These sessions are aimed at increasing muscle tone and gaining strength, to “sculpt” the body.

Yoga

A session in which we restore and maintain our psychophysical and spiritual balance.
