Our schedule of activities is based on health programmes devised by LES MILLS INTERNATIONAL, a centre with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. This organisation has been specialising since 1987 in the development of an innovative programme of exercise routines.

With their unique vision of supervised activities, they created BTS (Body Training Systems), with seven internationally successful programmes used in over 8,000 clubs worldwide: BODY PUMP, BODY COMBAT, RPM, BODY BALANCE, BODY JAM, BODY ATTACK, BODY STEP
